The most well-known application of Gourmet C or more simply CO2 for food applications is the carbonation of various beverages. The Gourmet series is specially designed for the food industry, taking into account all the strict requirements of the standards.
The cylinder is suitable for all types of water carbonation machines. The balloon has a volume of 600 ml (0.6 liters). Inside is CO2 in liquid form - 425 grams. This amount is enough to carbonate approximately 60 liters of drink, depending on the degree of carbonation. If you bought carbonated drinks in 0.5l plastic bottles or 0.33l aluminum cans, you would have to produce 120 plastic bottles or 180 aluminum cans just for you. By using carbonation machines, you reduce your environmental impact and treat resources with care!
